Makes about 30 ounces
4-6 frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup pineapple (frozen or not)
1 cup of *fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon of flaxseed
1 cup of natural yogurt (homemade preffered)
2-bunches of fresh liquid health wheat grass juice (extracted with a 30 ml water and strain it.
Blend in t ogether in a mixer
Enjoy and feel energized!

1 table spoon of honey
1 table spoon of honey

2 oranges
1 banana
1 lime
2 bunches of wheatgrass
12 crushed ice cubes Juice orange, lime and wheatgrass, then place all ingredients in a blender on high speed for 30 seconds

1-2 cut up apples
1/4 cup of water (optional)
2 bunches of wheatgrass
The apple slightly sweetens the taste of the wheatgrass

2 large carrots
3 stalks celery
1/2 cup parsle
4 large spinach leaves
1/2 beet root
1/2 cup alfalfa sprout
Wash veggies thoroughly and cut to fit juicer

1 guava or papaya
